Leaves that fall in urban areas in Autumn, should be recycled to produce paper and cardboard. Leaves have cellulose, so cleaning the streets of the Autumn leaves can be a very productive activity, if  the dead leaves are re used for producing paper and cardboard.

As it is most communities do

As it is most communities do recycle autumn leaves and in the spring provide to their citizens free or very low cost mulch for their flower beds. Municipalities that collect or dispose of peoples tree branches and leaves grind them up and mix them together, this makes a wonderful mulch in the spring filled with nutrients your plants need and love!!!
